Responsibilities and Tasks:

Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time.

Support NPI introduction and pilot run.

Equipment PM CPM confirmation and pilot run.

Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO, handle with equipment, lot, production line related issues.

Assess equipment qualification data.

Support defect scan for equipment troubleshooting.

Tool mismatching abnormal case analysis and containment.

WIP management, hold lot handling, priority lot arrangement and Q-time lot control.

Equipment status monitoring and engineering time management.

CDSEM equipment alignment issue handling.

Orion eCAP case handing.

Equipment MES error handling.

Daily operating status summary and report.
