• Breast Shell Attendant Labor
• The Breast Shell Attendant is responsible for managing breast frames from the deboning area. This position collects breast frames, places them into vats, and stages the vats for pickup by the Forklift Operator. The role also assists with maintaining product flow and supporting production operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Collect breast frames from the debone area.
• •Place breast frames into designated vats for transport.
• •Stage full vats for pickup by the Forklift Operator.
• •Work in damp and cool production environments.
• •Perform all other duties as assigned by management and group leaders.

Additional Responsibilities (Net Weight Orders)

When net-weight orders are being processed, employees may be required to:

• •Remove trays from the takeaway conveyor.
• •Weigh trays using a gram scale.
• •Add or remove fillets to meet weight specifications.
• •Return trays to the takeaway conveyor.

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to climb stairs to and from workstations.
• •Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (approximately 8 hours).
• •Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, including gripping.
• •Ability to maintain production pace while handling 48-72 breast fillets per minute.
• •Frequent bending, twisting, and turning to monitor and handle product.
• •Good hand-eye coordination required.
• •Ability to work safely around moving equipment and production lines.

• •Fast-paced production setting.
• •Exposure to noise levels requiring hearing protection.
