UI UX Design Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UI UX Design Lead based in India.

• As UI UX Design Lead, you will own the visual and user experience direction for engaging mobile game experiences.
• You will lead an internal design team while remaining hands-on with UI/UX work from initial concepts through production-ready assets.
• Working closely with product, engineering, and game design teams, you will turn creative ideas into polished and intuitive interfaces.
• The role combines strong visual design, interaction design, illustration, animation, and information architecture expertise.
• You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• You will also establish efficient design processes that improve collaboration and help teams deliver outstanding mobile experiences.
