- The Role and Impact
- As a Sales Undergraduate Intern, you will have the opportunity to shape your future while contributing to Intel's success. In this role, you will assist with customer engagement, account planning, and market research, ensuring Intel solutions deliver exceptional value. Through collaboration with sales teams and partners, you'll influence sales strategies, contribute to promotional activities, and explore innovative ways to drive product adoption. This internship provides hands-on experience in a supportive environment that prioritizes learning, skill-building, and career exploration.

- As part of Intel's Sales and Marketing Group (SMG), you'll join a team dedicated to driving revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. The SMG plays a pivotal role in promoting Intel's solutions, aligning sales strategies with broader organizational goals, and enabling impactful partnerships worldwide. Your work will support the group's mission of delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs while advancing Intel's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in understanding customer needs by conducting customer engagement and analyzing market data.
- Participate in account planning activities to support effective customer relationship management and retention.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to enhance product adoption and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate across functions to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities that inform promotional activities.
- Provide sales support to ensure successful execution of customer projects and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or training.
- Strong proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve shared objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or coursework in field sales or sales support.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to navigate complex projects and deliver results.
