Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans for secondary/high school students. Deliver engaging and effective instruction. Assess and monitor student learning and progress. Prepare students for exams and post-secondary education. Skills Classroom Management: Maintaining a disciplined, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Lesson Planning: Designing engaging history curricula and interactive teaching materials. Critical Thinking Promotion: Encouraging students to analyze primary sources and historical arguments. Digital Literacy: Proficient in tools like Google Classroom, Zoom, and interactive presentation software.

Communication Skills:

Explaining complex historical events clearly to diverse student groups. Student Engagement: Using storytelling, debates, and project-based learning to inspire students.

Qualification s

Bachelor’s Degree in History Teacher Training Deep knowledge of world and national history curricula, learning theories, and modern educational standards. Experience Designed and delivered daily history lessons for middle or high school students, aligning with educational guidelines. Assessed student progress through quizzes, essays, and interactive projects, providing constructive feedback. Fostered a positive classroom atmosphere that motivated active participation and critical analysis of historical events. Integrated digital tools into traditional teaching methods to improve remote or hybrid learning experiences.
