Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter on Contract basis which will be extend on performance based. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring smooth candidate experience, and partnering with business teams for effective manpower planning.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles.

Manage bulk hiring and lateral recruitment for BPO requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, databases, references and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interview processes.

Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and joining numbers.

Coordinate with hiring teams for interview scheduling and candidate status updates.

Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
