Your Role

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you’ll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission.

What You’ll Do as a Used Car Sales Associate

• •Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship
• •Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
• •Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot
• •Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners
• •Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections
• •Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards
• •Meet individual and team sales goals
• •Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
• •Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• •Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
• •Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.

What You Bring as a Used Car Sales Associate

• •Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles
• •Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• •Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes
• •Basic automotive and mechanical understanding
• •Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• •Reliable transportation
