Utility Billing Manager

As Utility Billing Manager , you'll own recapture performance end to end: a minimum of 90% on water, sewer, and stormwater, and 100% on trash, at every community where costs are billable to residents. This is a player coach role. You'll lead a team of analysts, set their priorities, and hold them accountable, while staying hands on with rate analysis, billback launches, submetering, and vendor contracts yourself. You'll work daily with accounting, legal, community managers, and outside vendors, and residents will feel the difference when you get it right.
