• Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift/2pm - 10:30pm
• Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $21/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• •Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes
• •Makes proper hook-ups and line set-up activities for starting and operating lines
• •Organizes and executes rework
• •Ensure line communication boards are filled out
• •Trains new team members on-line operation, including equipment and control system operation, documentation and sampling requirements
• •Responsible for troubleshooting and communicating production issues to Supervisor
• •Safely operates a forklift in order to keep assigned work area supplied with necessary production materials
• •Audits line staff’s paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and in real time

What You’ll Need

• •3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry
• •Previous forklift experience
• •Technical knowledge of aseptic processes, equipment and products
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Ability to interpret, communicate and execute plans or instructions in a time sensitive manner with limited direction and resources
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs)
• •Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
