UX Design Architect - MERN Stack

Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + UI/UX & Front-End Design + Translate product requirements and user research into wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes + Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks + Create, maintain, and scale reusable design systems, component libraries, and style guides + Optimize front-end assets for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility + Back-End & Full Stack Development + Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful/GraphQL APIs + Manage and optimize database structures for performance and data integrity + Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase) + Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in peer code reviews + Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to fix bugs and enhance performance + Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements **Required Qualifications:** + Graduate degree or equivalent experience + 6+ years of UI/UX Competency and Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, combined with a solid grasp of user-centered design principles + Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases + Knowledge of Front-End Stack: Solid command of HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Experience with modern frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js + DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP) + Back-End Stack: Proficiency in Node.js and server frameworks (Express.js, NestJS) + Soft Skills: Proven excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and openness to iterative feedback _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
