UX Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Director based in United States.

• This is a senior design leadership opportunity focused on transforming how product design and research are delivered across a complex B2B SaaS environment.
• You will define multi-quarter design strategy while directly influencing product direction and investment at the executive level.
• The role combines organizational leadership with hands-on experimentation around AI-native, codebase-anchored design workflows.
• You will reshape the design operating model by embedding designers into product-line teams and creating closer alignment with Product and Engineering.
• The position also places strong emphasis on enterprise UX, accessibility, research, behavioral data, and design systems as scalable product infrastructure.
• You will build and develop a high-performing design organization while establishing a culture of direct feedback, collaboration, speed, and strong design perspectives.
• Reporting directly to the CPO, you will have significant influence over both the design organization and the evolution of the broader product experience.
