UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer is responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, evaluating user requirements, and delivering an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

Key responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Build page navigation buttons and search fields

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma .

Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration tools).

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Previous experience designing digital products within the gaming, gambling, iGaming, or betting industry is considered a strong advantage.

Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user needs and business goals.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Advanced English skills, both verbal and written

Being comfortable working in an Agile delivery methodology

Having the desire to produce work of the highest quality

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

Being comfortable in creating design concepts and taking through to final high-quality deliverables

Nice to have

Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or FigJam.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).

Experience with design systems or component libraries.
