Job Description

What it's all about -

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintech's, payment enablers and governments.

The Strategy & Commercial Operations team plays a critical role in shaping and executing the VCA Europe strategy. The team supports business planning, go-to-market execution, commercial performance management, practice area growth, pipeline development, leadership reporting and strategic initiatives that enable VCA to scale, diversify revenue and deliver stronger client outcomes across Europe. The Analyst, VCA Strategy & Commercial Operations, will play an important role in supporting the growth of VCA Europe across a number of areas including go-to-market, thought leadership, strategic initiatives and business planning.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• •Support execution of VCA Europe’s strategy by conducting analysis, tracking strategic initiatives, and helping translate priorities into actionable plans
• •Support go-to-market initiatives by developing analyses, tracking progress against objectives, and helping coordinate execution across stakeholders.
• •Partner with Corporate Communications, VCA Europe Leadership, BPO, Business Development teams, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and support strategy and go-to-market initiatives including thought leadership.
• •Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to support leadership decision-making.
• •Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including growth programs, AI-related initiatives, operating model improvements, and business performance enhancement efforts.
• •Contribute to governance and business review processes by coordinating inputs, preparing materials, tracking actions, and monitoring progress against key priorities.
• •Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working, helping drive greater efficiency and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What we'd like from you -

• •Several years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, commercial operations, analytics, finance, or a structured graduate program.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable business insights.
• •Demonstrated interest in strategy execution, go-to-market initiatives, business performance management, and commercial growth.
• •Strong AI literacy, with the ability to effectively leverage AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, accelerate insight generation, enhance deliverable quality, and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes
• •Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel including experience developing analyses, business cases, and executive presentations.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• •Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and levels, and building effective stakeholder relationships.
• •Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
• •An affinity for payments, technology, FinTech and digital is a plus.
