Vertical Account Manager, Commercial Claims

• This is a strategic, customer-facing sales role focused on growing and retaining a portfolio of commercial Property & Casualty insurance accounts.
• You will work closely with claims executives, operations leaders, SIU teams, technology stakeholders, and innovation teams.
• The role combines consultative selling, account strategy, relationship management, and business development.
• You will identify opportunities to expand solution adoption while helping customers improve claims efficiency and outcomes.
• Success requires a strong understanding of commercial claims workflows, customer priorities, and the insurance market.
• You will collaborate with internal product, implementation, and sales teams to deliver measurable customer value.
• This is a nationwide remote opportunity with travel of up to 30% and significant responsibility for revenue performance.
