Vice President, Corporate Finance

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President, Corporate Finance leads the group's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) functions, and is accountable for the group's forward-looking financial health, capital allocation and capital markets positioning. The VP owns the group's capital structure and balance sheet, leads fund raising and financing strategy, and drives the FP&A agenda that shapes strategic and investment decisions across the business. Acting as a premier business partner to the CFO and C-suite, this executive also leads inorganic growth initiatives — from deal origination through to post-merger integration — to create and protect enterprise value.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• •Own enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, providing a single source of financial truth for the group.
• •Deliver management and Board reporting, including performance analysis, variance commentary and KPI dashboards.
• •Act as strategic finance business partner to operating and support units, guiding investment decisions and resource allocation.
• •Lead scenario planning and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.

Treasury, Capital Management & Fund Raising

• •Own the group's capital structure strategy, balancing debt and equity to optimize cost of capital and financial flexibility.
• •Lead fund raising activities, including bank financing, bond issuances and other debt/equity capital markets transactions.
• •Own balance sheet management, monitoring key credit metrics, covenant compliance and rating agency requirements.
• •Drive proactive liquidity management, including short- and long-term cash flow planning and forecasting.
• •Manage banking relationships and counterparty credit risk.
• •Actively manage and hedge Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate risk exposures to protect the group's balance sheet.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

• •Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle — target identification, financial modelling/valuation, due diligence and deal structuring.
• •Partner with executive leadership to evaluate inorganic growth opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
• •Lead negotiation and execution of transactions, working with legal, tax and external advisors.
• •Oversee post-merger financial integration to realize deal synergies and ROI

Qualifications & Experiences

• •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CFA, CPA or MBA an advantage.
• •15+ years in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking or related roles, with demonstrated capital markets / fund raising experience.
• •Track record of executing M&A transactions and managing post-deal integration.
• •Strong financial modelling, analytical and negotiation skills.
• •Experience engaging rating agencies, banks and institutional investors.
