Vice President, Global Environmental, Health, and Safety

• This executive role provides strategic leadership for global environmental, health, and safety programs across a complex manufacturing organization.
• You will shape enterprise-wide EHS strategy, policies, governance, training, and accountability frameworks while driving a proactive safety culture.
• The position also leads sustainability initiatives, ensuring programs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and measurable performance standards.
• Working with regional leaders, senior executives, customers, and safety professionals, you will build consistency and share best practices across international operations.
• You will lead through influence in a matrix environment while developing teams, strengthening organizational capabilities, and supporting continuous improvement.
• The role also oversees key initiatives related to workers’ compensation, environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and workplace safety.
• This is a remote, U.S.-based executive opportunity requiring international travel to manufacturing sites across the Americas and Europe.
