Vice President, People

• This is a senior People leadership role responsible for shaping a broad, scalable people strategy across a growing organization.
• You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to translate business priorities into effective people programs.
• The scope spans Total Rewards, People Business Partners, HRIS and People Systems, Facilities, and Executive Administration.
• You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while developing future leaders within the People function.
• The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership.
• You will help build consistent, compliant, and engaging employee experiences across teams in multiple countries.
