Video Creator / Motion & AI Video Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Video Creator / Motion & AI Video Designer to join our marketing team and take ownership of video content across social media, our website, events, campaigns, and other digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn ideas, messaging, data, and complex technology concepts into high-quality, visually compelling videos . You should be comfortable working across motion graphics, animated explainers, graphical videos, AI-generated video, product storytelling, and short-form social content.

What You'll Do

Video Creation & Production

• •Create high-quality videos for social media, website, campaigns, events, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
• •Develop videos from concept to completion, including ideation, scripting/storyboarding, visual direction, animation, editing, sound, and final production.
• •Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, graphical explainers, product videos, social videos, event videos, and short-form content .
• •Translate complex topics such as Data, AI, Agentic AI, analytics, technology solutions, and business use cases into simple and engaging visual stories.
• •Repurpose existing content, including blogs, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, and campaign assets, into compelling video formats.

Animation & Motion Design

Create professional 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and animated illustrations.

AI-Driven Video Creation

• •Use AI video-generation and creative tools to accelerate content production and experiment with new formats.
• •Create AI-generated visuals, scenes, characters, backgrounds, animations, and video sequences where appropriate.

Events & Campaigns

Develop videos for conferences, exhibitions, leadership events, webinars, customer events, and marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• •2+ years of experience in video creation, motion graphics, animation, multimedia design, or a similar role.
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating animation, motion graphics, graphical videos, and creative storytelling .
• •Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and sound design.
• •Experience creating videos for B2B, technology, SaaS, enterprise, or corporate brands is a strong advantage.
• •Comfortable taking a brief and independently turning it into a finished video.
• •Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them visually.
• •Strong sense of design and attention to detail.
• •Ability to work quickly without compromising quality and manage multiple projects/deadlines.
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Tools & Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in several of the following:

• •Adobe After Effects
• •Adobe Premiere Pro
• •Adobe Illustrator
• •Adobe Photoshop
• •Figma
• •Blender / Cinema 4D or other 3D tools
• •Canva or similar design platforms

AI creative tools: Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Firefly, Eleven Labs, or equivalent AI video/image/audio tools.

You don't need to know every tool listed above. Strong creative ability and a willingness to experiment with new tools matter more than a specific toolset.

A strong portfolio is mandatory.
