Firstly, this role is not about making sh*tty corporate vids. Nobody wants that 🙅‍♀️

We’re looking for someone who wants to make two-minute tear-jerkers, perfectly timed gags, and scroll-stopping clips that capture attention, reflect Tracksuit's distinct brand voice (unexplainable joy) across every social channel and helps us build the biggest and most engaged marketing and brand audience in the world.

If you dream in match cuts, know your clip theory from your session times, held a camera before you held a spoon, and get a genuine dopamine hit from the moment the J-cut slaps, you'll thrive here. We're looking for a bold, deep-in-the-edit storyteller who can take a wide range of footage and turn it into short, sharp stories with a high level of craft and at a pace that protects (not stifles) creative momentum.

Unlike companies that expect high-bar creative output with little support, at Tracksuit you'll get:

A creative collective of fellow off-piste thinkers (not AI slop addicts) to lol with.

A diverse, whole video diet of raw footage, B-roll, UCG clips, vox pops, podcast recordings, animation renders and other composite visual story assets about the world’s biggest consumer brands to edit into YouTube gold.

Real budgets, so you can actually get the plugins, presets, and gear you need to make cool sh*t and focus more on hooks, animations and story arcs than price.

Full creative control in the edit (structure, music, pacing, the lot), and freedom to express your video gift to the world. And get paid for it!

Is this role actually a fit for you?
