About The Role

We're hiring a Videographer / Visual Storyteller to own video at BLP. Founders, customers, the team, the moments in between. Not corporate filler. Content people actually stop scrolling for.

This is part-time by design. Perfect if you're studying video/film/media right now, or already have the chops and want steady, recurring work that doesn't eat your whole calendar.

What You'll Do

Shoot and edit founder videos : vision pieces, keynote recaps, raw behind-the-scenes

Capture customer stories : on-site or remote, real enterprises, real results

Build out culture content : onboarding, all-hands, team spotlights, the stuff that makes people want to work here

Jump on ad-hoc content for launches, events, and social

Basically: turn any situation into something worth watching

You'll Have

You're currently studying videography, film, or media production, or already hold a qualification in one of these

A portfolio that shows you get story, framing, and pacing, not just gear knowledge (student reels totally count)

The ability to run a shoot solo: plan it, shoot it, edit it, ship it

Fluent German or English (bonus points for both)

You're in or around Zürich, or can get here regularly for shoots
