• This role is focused on delivering a highly personalized experience to a portfolio of VIP clients in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
• You will build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and tailored engagement.
• The position combines account management, player behavior analysis, personalized offers, and operational support.
• You will use player data, research, and reporting tools to understand preferences and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• As a key advocate for assigned clients, you will coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high standard of service.
• The role offers exposure to sportsbook and casino products while working in a data-driven, international environment.
