Virtual Patient Companion

• This part-time role supports patient safety through continuous remote observation from a centralized monitoring location.
• You will use telemonitoring technology to observe multiple patients and identify behaviors or situations that may require intervention.
• The position combines focused monitoring, clear communication, rapid response, and close collaboration with nursing teams.
• You will help protect patients by providing timely verbal redirection and escalating concerns when assistance is needed.
• The role requires the ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• You will work in a healthcare environment where confidentiality, professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care are essential.
• The position may involve day and night rotations, including PRN scheduling based on operational needs.
