• This remote role is responsible for delivering comprehensive property claims support across multiple regions and claim types.
• You will investigate losses, evaluate damage, determine coverage, and negotiate accurate settlements within established authority.
• The position covers both property and inland marine claims, including losses with significant financial exposure.
• You will also contribute to catastrophe response efforts, helping triage and resolve claims during high-volume events.
• The role combines technical claims expertise, customer service, vendor coordination, and sound judgment.
• You will work within established legal, regulatory, and performance standards while managing claims from initial contact through resolution.
