We have an exciting opportunity for a Visual Design Advisor to join our Business Development, Marketing, Events & Communications (BDMEC) team in our Sydney office on a 12 month fixed-term contract .

About the team and the work

Covering a period of parental leave, this opportunity is for an experienced all-rounder with a positive attitude and a passion for all things digital who is looking for a diverse role where you will have autonomy and plenty of creative input.

Responsibilities include:

• •Working on concept development, design and finished art/production with programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• •Assisting stakeholders with creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and client-facing documents in Word.
• •Building assets and tools for the firm’s tender library.
• •Filming of professional videos and podcasts including editing footage through Premiere Pro.
• •Working on campaign development for external audiences as well as for internal communications campaigns.

The team support flexibility, therefore, we welcome applicants who are seeking a full-time or part-time role.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience managing projects including planning and implementation with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as the full Microsoft suite of products. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to specifications/briefs is a must, as is a positive and friendly attitude.
