About the internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to Visual Merchandising and Brand Experience projects across the Iberia market. You will work closely with the VM Manager, stores, and external partners to support campaign activations, store environments, visual standards, and retail execution, gaining valuable experience in project coordination and omnichannel brand presentation

Key responsibilities

Support the Brand Experience (Brand Environment & Visual Merchandising areas) in all projects related to VM set ups omnichannel.

Support the VM Manager in the organization of all VM projects ( openings/refits/ campaign set ups and activations)

Work closely with the stores, checking all pictures to improve the shopping environment ensuring that VM standards and campaign guidelines are properly followed. Campaign missions’ validation

Work with the local external VM agency providing all relevant information and training to be sure they met our expectations in terms of plan of visits and performance. Provide feedback if the results are not the expected ones.

Provide relevant communication to the VM team and stores as well as request any information needed for the VM projects (campaigns, VM Updates, information requests,…)

Participate in the most relevant VM set ups on site.

About you

Fluent in English

Project management skills

Window and visual presentation skills; Visual Merchandising knowledge

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program related to Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field

Able to obtain a valid internship agreement through your university

Monthly compensation of € 1000 gross per month (for a full-time internship, or pro-rated)

This is a hybrid position based in our Barcelona office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
