VP, Cyber Programs

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Cyber Programs based in the United States.

This senior leadership role drives business development and capture strategy across the federal cybersecurity market, with a strong focus on the Department of Defense. You will manage the full opportunity lifecycle, from early customer engagement and qualification through capture and competitive proposal development. The role combines strategic account leadership, customer relationship management, solution development, and hands-on pursuit execution. You will work closely with business development leaders, operational teams, project managers, and technical subject matter experts to shape compelling solutions. Success requires a strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, cybersecurity priorities, and emerging technology directions.
