OVERVIEW

The Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure serves as the Bank’s enterprise infrastructure executive responsible for the architecture, engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of the Bank’s enterprise infrastructure. This role is accountable for the stability, availability, resilience, and secure operation of the technology environment.

The Vice President provides leadership across enterprise infrastructure domains including compute, storage, network, cloud, virtualization, identity services, endpoint technologies, enterprise platforms, and technology operations. The role ensures enterprise technologies are engineered, deployed, maintained, and operated in accordance with approved Information Security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while enabling business growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

As the Bank’s enterprise infrastructure engineering executive, the Vice President leads enterprise infrastructure strategy, technology modernization, disaster recovery architecture, production operations, and major technology transformation initiatives.

The Vice President partners closely with the CISO to ensure enterprise technologies are implemented and operated in accordance with approved security policies, regulatory expectations, and the Bank's established risk appetite. The CISO provides independent governance, oversight, and risk management while the Vice President is responsible for the execution, operation, and technical delivery of enterprise technology services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• •Partner with business leaders, vendors, and project teams to minimize operational risk and ensure successful outcomes.
• •Direct enterprise infrastructure operations, including production support, problem management, capacity planning, performance optimization, and service availability for mission-critical banking systems.
• •Oversee help desk, service desk, desktop support, endpoint management, end-user technology, incident and request fulfillment, and user support operations to ensure timely, consistent, and effective service delivery.
• •Lead the architecture, engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure platforms, including data centers, servers, operating systems, compute, storage, virtualization, on-premises and cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• •Oversee enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless networks, internet services, voice and data circuits, telecommunications carriers, and reliable connectivity for branches and other Bank locations.
• •Ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and operational health of all enterprise infrastructure through effective capacity planning, monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• •Lead enterprise technology modernization initiatives, including infrastructure refreshes, cloud adoption, automation, virtualization, and platform standardization.
• •Ensure enterprise infrastructure security controls are implemented, operated, configured, hardened, patched, and maintained in accordance with approved Information Security policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and defined vulnerability-remediation timelines.
• •Coordinate vulnerability remediation activities across infrastructure platforms with Security, IT Operations, application owners, and business stakeholders.
• •Oversee enterprise identity services, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and authentication infrastructure.
• •Ensure enterprise identity and authentication infrastructure supports logical access controls, privileged access management solutions, and regulatory requirements in accordance with approved Information Security policies.
• •Oversee enterprise infrastructure monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, observability, and operational visibility platforms to support system availability, performance, troubleshooting, and operational resilience.
• •Lead infrastructure resilience, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery architecture to ensure recovery objectives meet business and regulatory requirements.
• •Plan, coordinate, and execute disaster recovery exercises, infrastructure testing, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.
• •Partner with Information Security during cybersecurity incidents requiring infrastructure expertise, system restoration, or forensic support.
• •Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and third-party assessments by providing technical leadership, infrastructure documentation, and operational evidence.
• •Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise infrastructure standards, operational procedures, technical documentation, and platform governance.
• •Manage infrastructure vendors, telecommunications carriers, cloud and hosting providers, and managed service providers, including contracts, service-level agreements, performance reporting, issue escalation, risk management, and accountability for service quality and availability.
• •Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and business leadership to remediate operational, regulatory, and technology findings.
• •Perform other duties as assigned in support of enterprise technology operations and Bank objectives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES

The role may provide executive-level technical guidance, subject-matter expertise, and functional leadership to project teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders and may influence outcomes through consultation. These activities do not constitute managerial or supervisory authority as defined by employment law.

• •Demonstrated experience providing enterprise infrastructure leadership for mission-critical core banking platforms within a regulated financial institution.
• •Extensive experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage, identity services, disaster recovery, automation, and enterprise systems.
• •Proven experience leading enterprise technology modernization initiatives, large-scale infrastructure transformations, and core banking platform conversions.
• •Demonstrated success supporting regulatory examinations, technology audits, and remediation activities within highly regulated environments.
• •Strong knowledge of banking technology regulations and guidance, including OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, and applicable cybersecurity and operational resilience requirements.
• •Proven ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps while maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient production environments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• •Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure engineering, or technology operations, including 7 years in enterprise-level technical, functional, or strategic leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• •Experience leading technology organizations within a regulated financial institution, preferably supporting mission-critical banking systems.
• •Experience successfully delivering large-scale technology initiatives, including platform implementations, system conversions, or
