- Position Summary:
- As the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive revenue growth across the organization. This executive role requires a blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results. You will oversee revenue operations, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales enablement, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy
- Design and execute revenue operations strategies that align with go-to-market plans and deliver growth targets.
- Lead successful GTM initiatives, ensuring scalability in SaaS operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously improve revenue operations to achieve organizational goals, leveraging operational insights and best practices.
Finance & Business Operations
- Partner with Finance to optimize budgets, resource allocation, and ROI.
- Align financial planning and operational strategies to achieve business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Drive operational efficiency and deliver tangible business outcomes through effective financial management.
AI & Data-Driven Strategy
- Leverage AI and data analytics to drive predictive insights, improve decision-making, and achieve strategic objectives.
- Implement AI tools for sales enablement, revenue forecasting, and pipeline health.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver measurable improvements.
Sales Enablement
- Create and lead enablement programs that empower sales teams to achieve performance targets.
- Incorporate technology and AI into training and onboarding to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop initiatives that improve team performance and help achieve revenue goals.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead global teams through digital transformation and cross-functional alignment.
- Foster collaboration across departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to achieve alignment and deliver business results.
- Present complex information (including AI insights) clearly to executives and other stakeholders.
- Resolve concerns and deliver successful outcomes through effective communication.
Business Acumen
- Demonstrate deep understanding of technology sales, SaaS solutions, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with high-growth goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial metrics to inform decision-making.
Ethical Conduct and Compliance
Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Expertise in AI, data analytics, and sales enablement technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership.
- High level of business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance.
