As Vice President of Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our global product strategy and platform vision—fueling sustained growth, strengthening our market differentiation, and delivering long-term value for our customers and shareholders.
You’ll lead the evolution of our SaaS platform and product portfolio, supporting telecommunications providers, managed service providers (MSPs), channel partners, and enterprise organizations navigating complex Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) ecosystems. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you’ll ensure our product investments accelerate adoption, enhance platform differentiation, and position us for long-term market leadership.
We are looking for a product leader who will not just evolve our platform—but fundamentally rethink how organizations manage and optimize complex communications ecosystems. This role is expected to challenge convention, introduce bold ideas, and unlock new sources of growth through innovation, AI, and platform expansion.
This is an Ottawa based hybrid role and you must reside in Ottawa at the time of hire.
