VP, Product Strategy & Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Product Strategy & Operations based in the United States.

• This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on building the strategic and operational foundation of a scaling Product organization.
• You will connect product strategy with disciplined execution, ensuring market intelligence, roadmap priorities, launches, and cross-functional programs remain aligned.
• The role spans market analysis, launch excellence, program management, and enterprise-grade product documentation.
• You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
• As a builder, you will establish operating frameworks, processes, metrics, and organizational capabilities where they do not yet exist.
• You will also recruit and develop a multidisciplinary team while creating greater predictability, accountability, and visibility across the product portfolio.
• This role offers significant influence over how a growing product organization operates, scales, and brings products successfully to market.
