The Vice President, Treasurer is a senior finance executive responsible for leading IFF’s global treasury strategy and operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will oversee capital structure, liquidity, cash management, debt and investments, foreign exchange, banking relationships, working capital, enterprise risk management, insurance, pension-related funding support, and treasury governance.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Develop and execute a global treasury strategy aligned with IFF’s enterprise priorities, financial objectives, and capital allocation framework.
• •Lead capital structure planning, liquidity management, debt portfolio strategy, refinancing activities, capital markets transactions, and the investment of excess cash.
• •Oversee global cash positioning, forecasting, repatriation, intercompany funding, short-term investments, and liquidity planning.
• •Partner with business and finance leaders to deliver sustainable working capital improvement across receivables, inventory, payables, and cash conversion.
• •Lead financial risk management programs, including foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty, and other relevant financial exposures, together with related hedging policies, controls, and reporting.
• •Oversee IFF’s enterprise insurance program and partner across Legal, Risk, Operations, and external advisors to ensure coverage is aligned with the company’s risk profile and business priorities.
• •Support and strengthen enterprise risk management, treasury governance, policies, controls, compliance, and Board-level reporting.
• •Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership on financing strategy, capital allocation, market conditions, rating agency engagement, and financial risk.
• •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global treasury organization while modernizing systems, analytics, automation, reporting, and operating models.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •At least 15 years of progressive experience across treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, banking, risk management, or related finance disciplines.
• •At least 10 years in senior treasury leadership roles, preferably within a complex global public company.
• •Demonstrated leadership of global cash management, liquidity planning, debt financing, capital markets transactions, hedging, banking relationships, and rating agency engagement.
• •Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, insurance, working capital, capital allocation, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and treasury technology.
• •Proven ability to advise senior executives and communicate complex financial topics clearly to Board-level stakeholders.
• •Experience leading global teams through transformation, complexity, and change.
• •Strong financial judgment, enterprise mindset, cross-functional partnership skills, and the ability to connect treasury priorities to broader business performance.
• •High standards of integrity, governance, accountability, and prudent risk management.

How Would You Stand Out?

• •MBA, master’s degree, or another advanced finance-related degree.
• •CTP, CFA, CPA, or an equivalent treasury, finance, risk management, or accounting credential.
• •Leadership experience beyond treasury, such as Corporate FP&A, business finance, controllership, tax, investor relations, procurement finance, or finance transformation.
