Warehouse Associate
Starting pay $18-21/hr
Are you looking to jumpstart a career in manufacturing? As a Warehouse Associate at Closet America, you’ll be hands-on with our fabrication equipment, helping bring custom closet and organization systems to life. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and work ethic.

What You'll Do
Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and the production floor to support safe, efficient operations.
Clean and prepare machines for the next shift, ensuring equipment is ready for production.
Assist with basic machine upkeep and housekeeping to help maximize production uptime.
Perform routine quality and visual checks while following established procedures.
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently as needed (training provided).
Complete repetitive, routine tasks and rotate between equipment or work areas as business needs require.
Follow all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with production team members to keep operations running smoothly and minimize downtime.
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Forklift certification a plus (not required)
No manufacturing experience required—we’ll train you!
Ability to lift 50lbs
