Warehouse Operations Associate
Landover, MD
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

As a Warehouse Operations Associate , you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure our production and installation teams have the materials they need to get the job done right and on time.

What You’ll Do
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Receive, organize, and stage materials for daily jobs.
Pick and prepare hardware, accessories, and job materials.
Build pallets and prepare outbound shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, restocking, and cycle counts.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Partner with production, installation, and supply chain teams to keep everything moving.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
Forklift certification or willingness to get certified.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and stay active throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
