Warehouse Associate (Full Time) – Colorado Springs, CO

Join a leader in the plastics industry! We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs. If you're a motivated team player with forklift experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:

📅 Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $19.00/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• ✔ Pull, package, and process orders
• ✔ Operate a forklift and saw
• ✔ Assist with deliveries & resolve customer issues
• ✔ Provide top-notch customer service
• ✔ Keep the warehouse clean & organized
• ✔ Learn & use our barcoding system
• ✔ Assist will-call customers
• ✔ Take on other warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1+ year of forklift experience (Required)

• ✅ Clean Driving Record (MVR)
• ✅ Dependable with excellent attendance (We take this seriously!)
• ✅ Positive team player with a can-do attitude
• ✅ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
• ✅ Physically able to lift boxes, clean floors, and handle warehouse tasks
• ✅ Focused & goal-oriented (No distractions!)
• ✅ Enjoys a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment

Requirements:

🔹 1+ year of forklift experience (REQUIRED)

🔹 Clean Driving Record (REQUIRED)

🔹 Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. (REQUIRED)

• 🔹 Must be 20+ years old
• 🔹 Drug-free workplace (Drug screen required)
• 🔹 Background check required
