Warehouse Clerk

Johnson Brothers is currently seeking a Warehouse Sorter Operator for B Shift.

Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 10pm to 8:30am. Overtime as required.

Job Description:

Duties:

• •Control the functionality of the conveyor systems in the warehouse during production
• •Make appropriate modifications to ensure the proper sorting of product
• •Monitor conveyor systems to ensure proper throughput and speeds
• •Work closely with maintenance team to ensure the sorting system is operating properly
• •Maintain inventory counts through periodic audits

Qualifications

• •Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• •Motivation skills to direct team
• •H.S. diploma
• •Prior experience in distribution
• •Excellent attention to detail
• •Basic computer skills required
• •Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• •Knowledge of basic tracking, analyzing, and form creation
• •Familiarity with Shiraz and/or other sorting systems a plus
• •Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds on a continuous basis, may require unloading cases from the lines as appropriate
• •Position requires standing, sitting, squatting, twisting, walking, carrying, and bending on a continuous basis throughout the work shift
