Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Lockhart, TX

Must Have Forklift Experience

Schedule: 40 hours per week with set days off

Benefits: Begin on the first day after 60 days of employment

Essential Functions

A Warehouse Coordinator at Ziegenfelder is responsible for the following:

Must have forklift experience .

Receiving Raw Materials

• •Inspect incoming trucks and follow established SOPs for receiving and storage
• •Accurately receive materials into the WMS system
• •Record all receipts in the receiving log and submit monthly reports to Finance
• •Ensure all raw materials are properly labeled
• •Record and track lot numbers (e.g., sticks)
• •Verify all receiving paperwork is complete, signed, and matches delivered materials; submit documentation to the appropriate personnel
• •Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and manage incoming deliveries

Inventory Management (Warehouse & Systems)

• •Maintain appropriate par levels within the warehouse
• •Ensure accuracy of inventory by updating and maintaining WMS and inventory worksheets
• •Support end-of-month (EOM) inventory processes
• •Review production schedules at least one week in advance; proactively communicate potential shortages or issues
• •Move raw materials from the warehouse to production daily, as needed, to support operations

Communication & Operations Support

• •Communicate daily activities and updates to the Freezer Manager, freezer staff, purchasing, and operations teams
• •Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery scheduling
• •Provide support across warehouse, freezer, and shipping functions as needed.
