Warehouse Coordinator

What You Can Expect :

• •WMS management - Process inbound and outbound warehouse orders
• •Inventory control - Provide regular stock and activity reports to customers.
• •Dispatching (communicating Internal / external).
• •General Inbound/Outbound Support: LCL cross dock loading/unloading. Picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• •Operating forklifts Container loading/unloading. Loading/unloading trucks.
• •Carrying out daily safety checks.
• •Additional general warehouse duties as required housekeeping.

• •Respond to clients promptly to enquiries regarding inventory, deliveries, and order status.
• •Manage customer expectations and escalate operational issues where required.
• •Assist with invoice preparation and resolution of billing queries.

What You Bring:

• •2+ years’ experience in Warehousing and or Forwarding Operations
• •AP accreditation preferred
• •Forklift experience
• •Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• •Strong communication and organisational skills
• •High attention to detail
• •Intermediate level of proficiency with MS applications (e.g. Excel)
