About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Warehouse Operator - Bilingual Preferred

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $21-$22

1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred;

Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred;

Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS , SOPs, and on-site operational processes;

Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment;

Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork

Good communication and coordination skills , able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies;

What You’ll bring:

Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.

Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.

Experience using RF Scanner

Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
