We are actively looking for a Warehouse/Service Floater to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the drive and passion to succeed, come join our winning Team!

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. No nights, no weekends.

What you'll be doing – The Role:

Warehouse Duties:

• •Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• •Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• •Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• •Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Service Technician Duties:

• •Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• •Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• •Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

General Support:

• •Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
• •Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
• •Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.

Requirements

What you’ll bring – The Person:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
• •Past driving experience preferred
• •Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds
