- Position Summary:
- The Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull and pick products according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.
- Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle count activities as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
