The role follows a hybrid work model , based in Polanco, Mexico City, and San Martín Obispo, Estado de México , with 1–2 days per week on-site and the remaining days working remotely , Monday through Friday. Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance
• •Oversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Goods Issue (GI)
• •Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
• •Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams
• •Investigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution to support business continuity
• •Generate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-making
• •Support logistics and operational cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoring
• •Manage audit activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory controls, and company requirements
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• •3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
• •Experience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• •Experience working with SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution processes
• •Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and inventory data
• •Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processes
• •Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
• •Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
