We have an opportunity for you to join the team as the Warehouse Team Advisor ! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse staff, as well as oversee inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. This position will plan, direct, and manage all pallet building and assist with the overall warehouse operations.

“A day in the life of a Warehouse Team Advisor looks like:”

• •Oversee Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels and supplies to support warehouse operations.
• •Manage Out-of-Stocks: Track, fill, and address out-of-stock items effectively.
• •Maintain Product Sequencing: Ensure proper product sequencing and manage product location assignments.
• •Process Credits and Returns: Handle credit processing and manage recycling load returns.
• •Develop and Mentor Staff: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to warehouse team members.
• •Maintain safety requirements (GPC/OSHA/USDA/Dept of Ag)

What does it take to be a Warehouse Team Advisor?

• •Associate’s degree in supervisory management is preferred, or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the industry or warehouse environment
• •5 years of related management experience preferred
• •Demonstrate intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• •Able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically
