Carry out daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching parts or materials in an organized, accurate, and timely manner. The Warehouseman helps maintain stock accuracy, ensures safe handling of goods, and supports the overall efficiency of warehouse operations

1. Receiving & Storing

• •Receive incoming parts, supplies, or equipment, and verify items against delivery orders or purchase orders.
• •Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• •Label, tag, and store parts in the correct bins, shelves, or designated storage areas according to company procedures.

2. Picking & Packing

• •Pick parts or materials according to pick lists, work orders, or job cards for internal departments or customer orders.
• •Pack items securely for dispatch or delivery, ensuring the correct quantity and documentation.
• •Coordinate with drivers, transporters, or courier services for outgoing shipments.

3. Stock Accuracy & Inventory

• •Conduct regular stock counts and assist in cycle counts or full stock audits as required.
• •Report stock variances, damages, or obsolete items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• •Update bin locations and labels as needed to maintain an organized warehouse layout.

4. Housekeeping & Safety

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following 5S principles.
