Warehousing Lead

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations for Korangi Warehouses, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant storage, handling, and movement of materials in accordance with EHS, QMS, GMP, and GHK requirements. The role is responsible for implementing warehouse strategies and inventory control practices, driving operational excellence initiatives, and providing leadership and administrative support to warehouse staff to achieve business objectives and customer requirements in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage warehouse and dispensary operations, including receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance and dispatch of materials/products in compliance with SOPs, GQP, GQMP and business requirements.
• •Maintain inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, stock reconciliation, investigation of variances, and implementation of corrective actions.
• •Ensure materials are stored, handled and distributed under approved storage conditions to maintain product quality and integrity.
• •Ensure timely and accurate SAP transactions and maintenance of compliant warehouse documentation.
• •Implement and sustain cGMP, QMS, EHS and regulatory requirements within warehouse operations.
• •Lead warehouse compliance activities including self-inspections, Management Monitoring (L1), Independent Business Monitoring (L2), Independent Assurance (L3), Regulatory/DRAP audits (L4), CAPA management, risk assessments, and timely closure of compliance actions.
• •Manage, develop and coach warehouse personnel through training, performance management and competency development.
• •Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Manage warehouse resources and budgets to achieve operational efficiency and business objectives.
• •Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence through GEMBA activities, hazard identification and continuous improvement.

Education, Experience & Skills

• •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
• •Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or materials management.
• •Knowledge of process safety, risk management, deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit systems.
• •Practical experience with inventory systems or warehouse management systems.
• •Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• •Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
• •Proficient in SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
