The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

General Purpose: In an outpatient setting, supports standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. They participate in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing's visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. They also participate in the management of human resources, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and the monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership

Full-time position available, primarily days

An exciting opportunity to grow our leadership team with an ANM based at the Sands Infusion Center in Canandaigua. This ANM will directly report to the WCI Highland Nurse Manager and support our busy community oncology center. We are looking for a nurse who has an interest in nursing leadership, clinical expertise, and a desire to work collaboratively in our infusion center. The role is patient facing, and the individual is accountable for daily clinical operations and decision-making impacting nursing practice. Duties include onboarding new employees, scheduling, staff evaluations, and optimizing patient care delivery with a focus on safety and quality. The ability to work with an interdisciplinary team is essential to the success in the role
