- This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of a B2B website and customer portal.
- You will bridge technical website operations, digital merchandising, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Working closely with developers, agencies, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Inventory teams, you will ensure reliable and engaging digital experiences.
- You will oversee releases, UAT, content updates, SEO performance, accessibility, site quality, and customer-facing functionality.
- The role also involves using customer insights, analytics, competitive research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- You will manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, site integrity, and delivery timelines.
- This is a fully remote opportunity for a self-driven professional working with global stakeholders and supporting a fast-moving B2B digital environment.
