This position reports to:

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR

Your role and responsibilities:

• •Operate and set up production machinery (e.g., auto plasma welder, robotic insulation cell) and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators.
• •Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure accurate task execution.
• •Maintain quality and safety standards by producing defect-free products, following safety guidelines, and keeping the work area clean.
• •Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, train others, communicate issues, and support departmental functions.

Qualifications for the role:

• •HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• •6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• •Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• •Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• •Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
