Thanks to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we're looking for experienced Window Fitters and Fitting Teams to join our Social Housing division across Leeds and Bradford.

A Bit About the Role...

Working within occupied social housing properties, you'll play an important role in improving residents' homes by delivering high-quality window replacement works safely, professionally and with minimal disruption.

You'll be part of long-term refurbishment programmes, representing Connolly on site and helping us deliver an excellent experience for both our clients and the communities we serve.

What You'll Be Responsible For...

Installing windows, doors and associated products to a high standard with a snag-free finish

Working safely and efficiently within occupied homes

Delivering a professional, courteous and customer-focused service to residents

Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping and site presentation

Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety requirements and company procedures

Looking after tools, equipment and materials and reporting any issues promptly

Working collaboratively with site management and fellow trades to ensure programme targets are achieved

Taking pride in delivering quality workmanship that reflects positively on both yourself and Connolly

What We'd Like From You...

Proven experience as a Window Fitter

Experience working within Social Housing, planned maintenance or occupied properties would be advantageous

Relevant trade qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence

CSCS Card preferred but not essential

Asbestos Awareness certification preferred but not essential

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Professional approach with excellent customer service skills
