DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Tagungen, Firmenfeiern und Ü30-Partys
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern, Technik, Personal und Logistik
  • Betreuung der Gäste & Veranstalter vor, während und nach dem Event
  • Entwicklung kreativer Eventkonzepte und Jahresplanungen
  • aktive Mitgestaltung der gastronomischen Veranstaltungsstrategie

DU BRINGST MIT:

  • Erfahrung im Event- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement, idealerweise in der Gastronomie
  • Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und ein Gespür für Atmosphäre und Zielgruppen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
  • Teamgeist und Begeisterung für Gastronomie & Events
