This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WordPress Developer based in South Africa.

• As a WordPress Developer, you will build, customize, optimize, and maintain high-quality websites for an international client environment.
• You will work across both front-end and back-end development, turning business and design requirements into responsive, reliable digital experiences.
• The role combines hands-on WordPress development with PHP, theme and plugin development, performance optimization, SEO, and security.
• You will take ownership of troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring websites remain fast, stable, secure, and user-friendly.
• Your work will directly contribute to website performance, search visibility, usability, and overall digital quality.
• The position is well suited to an independent developer who is comfortable managing projects remotely and solving problems proactively.
